E.Romelia Art is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Elba Romelia Carreno, based in Massachusetts, USA.

Services
E.Romelia Art offers art classes and a monthly painting club, both online and in-person.
Participants register through our website and pay separately (via Venmo, in USD).
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or event.
No refunds are offered after that time.
Code of Conduct
We aim to provide a creative, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.
Please treat instructors, fellow participants, and materials with respect.
Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from an event without a refund.
Photos, Artwork & Display
By participating in classes or events, you grant E.Romelia Art permission to display photos of you and your artwork on our website, social media, or promotional materials.
You retain ownership of your artwork, but allow E.Romelia Art to feature it for promotional or educational purposes.
Payments
Payments are accepted via Venmo, in U.S. dollars (USD), following registration.
Please ensure you complete your payment as directed to secure your spot.

All content on eromelia.art — including images, artwork, designs, text, and course materials — is owned by E.Romelia Art and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.
Class materials are provided for personal use only.

E.Romelia Art is not responsible for injuries, lost or damaged belongings, or dissatisfaction with creative outcomes.
